Sanaa’s Kitchen

Sanaa generously shares her grandfather’s special falafel recipe from Egypt. Because she couldn’t get enough of it, she decided to share these unique dishes through pop-ups and catering. Keep an eye on her Instagram for updates.

Sebonsa Amsterdam

Not only does Sebonsa Amsterdam import natural wines of the highest quality, it also organizes pop-up events featuring them. You can taste them at the Zomer Bar pop-up in Amsterdam North.

Dine on Water

Dining and dancing on the water? That sounds like the perfect way to spend a summer day in Amsterdam. At Dine on Water, they make that summer dream come true. All you have to do is buy a ticket and show up. The organization takes care of the boat and collaborates with some of Amsterdam’s finest restaurants, including BAUT and Wolf Atelier.

Per de Man

You probably know Perry de Man from 24Kitchen, where he works as a TV chef. However, his career started differently—as a visual artist, to be precise. To pay for his art academy, he worked in the hospitality industry. He enjoyed it so much that he trained himself to become a chef. Now, he’s seen on TV and travels the country for exciting pop-ups. He’s a name to keep an eye on.

Butterboysclub

The chef’s work from ButterBoysClub doesn’t go unnoticed: he already counts clients like Copain and Hermès under his belt, and his star is rising. He’s (on an inspirational trip?) in Japan, and starting in July 2024, he will helm various culinary pop-up events in Amsterdam.

Le Petit Brunch Amsterdam

Brunch enthusiasts take note! Le Petit Brunch organises various brunch pop-ups in Amsterdam, such as at the recently opened ELA on the Elandsgracht. But there’s more: to celebrate the new Saints & Stars in De Pijp, they hosted an outdoor brunch in De Pijp and also have a collaboration with Helling7 on the menu.
