The service is amazing, the staff is courteous, the room hygiene, cleanliness and maintainance is good as well.I have altough struggled with food taste, this is always an average experience, additionally, charging for machine coffee from guests exorbitant amount of money is not justified.

I find the service dropping, It's my 4th or 5th stay in the last 2-3 years can't see any familiar face that suggests to me not a popular place to work.I requested a late checkout till 3PM, the staff at the counter even without blinking an eyelid "Sir we will have to charge you"
