One of the best Jersey Mike’s around. Eat work lunches here frequently and use them to cater for events/large meetings at our facility as well. The order is always right, on time, and great quality. They will even label all the subs with everyone’s name on it if you order correctly through the app. The staff is super friendly and even remember my name. They deal with a lot of tough customers from what I’ve seen and always handle professionally. I got to witness a purple haired Karen walk in one day and accuse all the staff of trying to rip her off, claiming the J.Mike’s website wouldn’t let her tip anything less than 20%. Guess she isn’t intelligent enough to realize there’s a software engineer responsible for that one and the staff literally has no control over it but really felt the need to berate some kids at their part time job. Keep up the great work y’all!

Great New location. Menu a little different (no meatballs, etc) but a helpful staff and quick!

We order online regularly. Pick up our orders and rarely even speak to the staff bc it’s always busy, but extremely convenient and always correct. The last online order we placed was using points, but we received a regular vs the giant that was ordered. I called and was told our name would be on “the board” to receive a regular size sub the next time we came in. I placed another online order, walked in to ask about the sub replacement and the manager was super sweet. He replaced the sub and even walked our entire order to the car (I had my children in the car). I appreciate the kindness shown tonight! Always a great experience. I highly recommend this location!

Placed order as I was leaving my house 8 minutes away. When I arrived it was very busy and I mentally prepared myself to wait for a while, but when I walked in someone asked if I was picking up, I said “yeah but I just placed the order no worries”, and the lovely lady responded with “here you go” at which point she handed me my order which must have been made by a sorcerer because they were cooked perfectly and no cap the best cheesesteaks in Charleston. This place slaps and I will be coming back asap. Thank you!

Great quality and location. I typically order online and they have the perfect set up to grab your order close to the door. I get the turkey & provolone and it's always delicious and made well.

First visit was awesome! Staff were very welcoming and my 2 subs were already made before I even got the money out of my pocket! Very fast service, and VERY delicious subs.
My second visit is online using door dash delivery. The option to add cheese to my tuna sub wasn’t online (the subs description didn’t say it includes cheese), so i called after placing my order and Jersey Mike’s happily added cheese! It’s the small things that mean the most. Thank you guys! I’m literally craving that tuna sub right now

This Jersey Mike’s is one of the best I have ever been to! Customer service is not only their top priority but they are not ones to short anyone in the food while being extremely respectful to any requests! They take orders over the phone and understand if you are late, the two guys that helped me out saved my butt because I was running late for my wife haha!
And if you can! Give them that 20% and everything helps them out! :)

The service was very fast they we all busy making sure you sub sandwich is to your liking 👍 100% the food was very fresh and the atmosphere was chilled there was no rush on asking what you like on your sub which .. They take care of the customer's Plus this Jersey Mike's is fairly new and they are doing a good job my making these good sub for us 👏
