Off topic, but I am asking the question on a Friday, so just sneaks in there.

You doing the 10-minute service? I'll be doing that later this year; curious as to how realistic that actually is. As they space the appointments only 10 minutes apart, I'm guessing it's working well.

Happy Friday everyone. It was a fairly busy week with a B2B to BRU on Tuesday. That is one of my less favourite airports but it did get me the 33 miles needed to add two years to my TK E+. Aside from that, the dentist The BA "Thank Goodness it's Friday!" Thread - FlyerTalk Forums (4) and a last minute site visit kept me busy. The lousy weather returned, so there has not been much outdoor fun to be had and next week does not look much better.

Yes, the turn up and go appointment. When I was booking the appointment the availability was twenty minutes apart and a "don't be more than ten minutes early" instruction. You can see how I fare in the Trip Report The BA "Thank Goodness it's Friday!" Thread - FlyerTalk Forums (7)

End of a busy work period today and on leave next week.

Unusually the leave does not contain any flights but a drive up to Northumberland for a few days. Looks like we'll be packing waterproofs and fleeces for our daily (short) hikes along the coast, around Kielder and probably across to Holy Island.

We've not been to this area for many years - looking forward to it.

Happy Friday one and all.

Heavy work week again this week, but did take time last night to enjoy the Blue Man Group show with my wife. Friday is relatively chilled this week, but a storm is coming over next 4 weeks work wise. It's going to be heavy.

Asides from all that, working on fitness levels still and the weight is dropping off. Next time I fly BA, I should find my CW seat more roomy. The BA "Thank Goodness it's Friday!" Thread - FlyerTalk Forums (12)

Definitely waterproofs, any time of the year! You'll not be needing fleeces, we're having a heatwave at the moment. It's a high of 16 degrees centigrade today The BA "Thank Goodness it's Friday!" Thread - FlyerTalk Forums (15)

A seriously good week! Successful trip to SOU for Lady T to attend a Hospital appointment, and another local one today [more pills!]. AND ... we have found a multi-skilled local tradesman who has fixed some kitchen cupboard doors, including the 'fitted fridge'! More jobs will be heading his way!!

Looking forward to watching Trooping the Colour on TV tomorrow ... I hope it doesn't rain on the Parade!

I loved Raffles. A lot of folks from the US seemed to prefer the other chain 5 star hotels, but it was a bucket list hotel for me.
Still amazed that the Sikh guards really do seem to recognise every guest every time.
Enjoy your birthday weekend The BA "Thank Goodness it's Friday!" Thread - FlyerTalk Forums (21)

Until the recent revamp of FT you would have been able to click on my Accor Hotels review badge and it would have taken you to my review of it. Seems it is no longer working The BA "Thank Goodness it's Friday!" Thread - FlyerTalk Forums (22)
OMG almost 8 years ago! (I think they have done a refit since then)
