What is the welcome bonus for Navy Federal Credit Union? ›

To be eligible for the $300 cash back, you must make $3,000 or more in net purchases within 90 days of account opening. Rewards are earned on eligible net purchases.

Enlistment Bonus

For a limited time, Active Duty Future Sailors who leave for boot camp before March 2025 may earn up to $140K. Reserve Duty Future Sailors may earn enlistment bonuses (EB) depending on their training program and ship date.

To receive the $100 bonus, the person referred for membership must be Active Duty, National Guard, or Reserves E-7 through E-9 and at least 18 years of age.
