  • 24 ounces cremini mushrooms washed and halved or quartered
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary chopped
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme chopped
